Team Communication Skills Training

Working better, together

Every team is different, because every individual is different. And while that diversity brings a complimentary range of skills together, it can also present challenges.

If your team is newly formed, finding it challenging to get things done, working in uncertainty, or simply not getting along, this is the course for you!

At the end of this workshop, your team will:

  • work better together as they understand each other’s preferences and behaviours

  • communicate more effectively with each other, and with your stakeholders

  • be able to have challenging conversations and create a culture where feedback is expected and welcomed

  • have the knowledge and skills to navigate an uncertain and changing work environment.

What to expect from your Team Communication Skills training session

  • Understand how our brains work, especially when there is change and uncertainty

  • Discover the mindset shifts we need to make to work as a team in an environment of change

  • Learn about everyone’s different communication styles and preferences

  • Learn how to have challenging conversations that leave everyone feeling happier
