Terms and conditions
-
Training dates are included in the course description. They are subject to change.
Workshop numbers are capped to ensure the best experience for everyone.
If we are unable to meet our minimum number of bookings, the workshop may be cancelled. In this instance you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule to another date.
-
Training is delivered either in-person or virtually, depending on the course.
We do not offer hybrid training, as we have found technology is unreliable and results in a poor experience for participants.
For virtual training, we prefer to use Zoom. Other platforms, like Microsoft Teams, are often unreliable and working past security issues can be problematic.
-
For most training, we provide tools and templates, delivered virtually.
If you would prefer these materials to be in hard copy, you will be charged an extra fee for printing and delivery.
For virtual sessions, you will receive a recording of the session which you can use internally within your organisation for up to 12 months after the training date.
If a slide deck is used, you will receive an edited copy of this as reference material following the training.
-
Costs depend on the type of training and mode of delivery. See the bookings pages for each course for pricing.
A 50% discount is also available for full-time students. Proof of enrolment must be provided.
-
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made more than 10 business days before the course date and time. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full amount of the course.

You will not be entitled to any refund for any cancellations or changes requested in respect of such courses.
Where you give notice more than 10 business days prior to the course date and time, you will be required to pay 15% of the fees for the course to Cuttlefish.
